Andrew St. Hilaire is a realtor in Winnipeg, part of the REALTOR^© group and former Musician. The Mike's Birthday Bash Group found him while LimeKingVR was screen sharing looking at houses. Eventually he became the brunt of jokes, so much as him having his own “theme song” that he used in every house sales video (Bensound - Dreams). Unknown to him, he would also become the laughing stock of the group, even to the point of CombustLem making a Friday Night Funkin mod for him and doing deep dives on his lore, such as when he created a company called MixMyPart.com, which was eventually parodied by the group as MixMyFlight.com, for promo for the second album, The Flight. He eventually blocked Lem on Facebook on the 29th of June 2025. He was also the namesake of the Andrew St. Gunner, YouTube channel that features rips of primarily video game soundtracks.

Fake Windows and Bad Doors

Andrew St. Hilaire features many houses which are either entirely rendered or the outsides are replaced to make it appear nicer causing the Mike's Birthday Bash Group to make fun of him for having fake windows. He also sometimes has bad doors, these doors are rare but the group makes fun of them because of the image of a very nice house with a fake door.
